Employee Support
Redrow has introduced two initiatives to support team members experiencing personal difficulties or with concerns over workplace issues.
- Redrow is committed to a culture of openness and to dealing fairly with any serious and genuine concerns about unethical or unsafe behaviour or possible malpractice (financial or otherwise) within the Company.
- The Redrow ‘Whistleblowing Policy’ applies to all employees and is designed to help with this commitment by providing staff with a confidential means to communicate their concerns.
- Working with AXA PPP Healthcare, Redrow has established an Employee Support Service, which offers confidential, and free advice, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year on a wide range of personal and family issues for team members and family living in the same household.
- Redrow is an equal opportunities employer and will not tolerate discrimination on grounds of gender, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, disability, sexual orientation, religious belief, trade union membership or any other non-job related criteria.
- Redrow has a full policy documented in the Staff Handbook relating to bullying, victimisation and sexual harassment.
