Redrow’s graduate programme also involves a challenge within the community. Recently some of our graduates were tasked with spending two days on site at Sandycroft Community School in Mancot to redevelop the front garden area into an outdoor classroom for juniors and infants, including a butterfly area and a sensory area for children with special needs. The challenge was to source all materials required and to co-ordinate the work.
This project demonstrated to our graduates the power of working together as a team to achieve a common goal – and the benefits that this can deliver to the wider community.
