Framing Solutions
In 2003 Redrow demonstrated its commitment to lean construction and to modern methods of construction by entering into a joint venture with the steel producer Corus to create a stand alone company, Framing Solutions plc, to manufacture galvanised lightweight steel frame for the UK house building industry. Redrow’s Signature house type designs have been carefully considered to optimise the efficiencies made possible by the Surebuild lightweight steel frame system which also forms the basis for Redrow’s groundbreaking Debut concept.
Glass reinforced concrete sills (GRC)
Redrow embraces continuous development of processes and materials to improve durability and performance. At our Bridgemill site in Longley Green, Bristol glass reinforced concrete sills have been successfully trialled to address Health and Safety and wastage concerns associated with traditional products.
