Supply Chain
Supply chain management starts with a partnering approach that sets out the expectations from all sides.
These expectations cover issues such as sourcing of materials, transportation and delivery, packaging, health and safety, workforce competency and training and welfare as well as pricing and payment terms.
- All subcontractors receive a copy of our Customer Service Agreement and our Supplier Service Agreement with which they agree to comply as part of the basis of the order.
In so doing they also agree to work in accordance with Redrow’s Waste Management Policy and within the requirements of Redrow’s membership of the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) UK Forest and Trade Network organisation, as well as meeting our requirements for a customer focussed, professional service.
- Redrow pays suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in our order.
- We undertake surveys of our business operations to assess the performance of key suppliers and subcontractors, the findings of which are discussed at meetings with our suppliers and subcontractors and internally with our procurement teams.
- We also undertake surveys of the supply chain to review the performance of our operations in their dealings with suppliers and subcontractors.
